Blain’s Farm & Fleet primarily services passenger duty vehicles, but the proliferation of stiff, low profile wheels, and 19.5" assemblies was part of our decision to invest in Hunter tire changers.

We had been with a Hunter competitor for a long time, but needed a more durable machine for our high volume use case. Hunter tire changers are not only durable, but the bead press assistance has allowed us to service tires much faster – a difficult, stiff tire that might have taken two technicians on our old tire changer technology now takes a single technician with the Hunter tire changers. The bead press assistance on Hunter tire changers has also virtually eliminated our risk of damaging wheels.

One of the things we were most impressed with about Hunter was how they took our feedback on the machine, and incorporated the changes to build the most powerful and most useful tire changer for Blain’s.

Hunter’s service and training was also a huge part of our decision to invest in Hunter. I have a great relationship with all the Hunter Service Reps that cover our stores. If I call a Hunter Service Rep, they are almost always there the same day – I have even had instances where the Rep has arrived 15 minutes after I called. I can always count on Hunter to train new technicians, and often Hunter will come back to train techs on a machine even years after it has been installed.
